Bay Club Bocce is a self-sustaining activity.   There is NO staff on hand to maintain the court or the area around it. It is the responsibility of every team to prepare the court for play and for cleaning the area after play.   Please remember to put away the Bocce Balls (etc.) and throw away any garbage (etc.) when you leave the Bocce area.   Help keep our club beautiful!

Tournament Announcements

Final Day for Registration is 3:00 PM on Sunday, May 16th.
Tournament matches may begin play on Friday May 14th.

Open to all Full Members & Junior Members.

All tournament finals will be held on Sunday, September 5, 2021
during the Annual Bocce Pig Roast.

You MUST be available to play on Sunday, September 5th.  DO NOT enter the tournaments if you are unavailable to play on Labor Day Weekend.   Teams will be disqualified if they have players who are unavailable to play on September 5th.

Both team members MUST play in each match. If only one player participates, then your team will be disqualified (even retroactively) from the tournaments.

2021 Tournaments:  

Women’s Doubles
Men’s Doubles
Mixed Doubles
2-member teams
Single-elimination Championship.
Teams who lose in the 1st three rounds enter a “reprieve” tournament.
Teams losing after round 3 are eliminated from play.
This is NOT a double elimination tournament.

Fees:  $50 per member for the 1st tournament and $35 for the 2nd.   Fee includes 1 ticket for the participating player (only) to attend the September 5th Pig Roast.
Please note that a player may earn one (1) ticket to the Pig Roast regardless of the number of events she/he enters.   Tickets are NOT transferable.

Additionally, participation requires that you MUST be available to play on most weekends throughout the summer and MUST be available to play in the Finals on Sunday, September 5th.
